This may mean verifying data of other individuals involved in the transaction of filling the prescription, such as medical professionals, guardians or caregivers.
An explanation of the purposes behind the collection of separate data elements appears on each form submitted by the customer. We do not use customer data for marketing, nor do we share it with other organizations for unrelated purposes. Compliance with regulatory obligations may involve such uses as

You have the right to withdraw consent for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, subject to our regulatory requirements to keep a record of certain transactions.
Principle 4 - Limiting Collection
Our organization collects only the personal information that is essential to serve you, the customer, and to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. We collect the information directly from the customer, and limit its use to the health care professionals involved with your care and our suppliers and processors.
