For best results, use Salofalk Enema at bedtime. Drink plenty of liquids while you are using Salofalk Enema. Try to empty your bowel and bladder before using rectal medicine. Wash your hands before and after using rectal medicine. Shake the enema liquid well just before each use. Salofalk Enema Precautions:
You should not use Salofalk Enema if you are allergic to mesalamine, aspirin, sulfasalazine, or salicylates. To make sure Salofalk Enema is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have ever had a skin condition such as eczema, a kidney stone or kidney disease, asthma or sulfite allergy, or liver disease. It is not known if this medication will harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using this medication.
