Tagrisso Information:
Buy Tagrisso
Tagrisso (Osimertinib Mesylate) is a medication used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), if the cancer cells are positive for the T790M mutation in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Your doctor will do a test to determine whether or not you have this receptor mutation. It belongs to a class of medications called third-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Tagrisso works by binding to proteins made by the EGFR receptor with the T790M mutation, which are responsible for growth and reproduction of the cancer cells. By binding to and inhibiting the actions of these proteins, Tagrisso is able to prevent the growth and reproduction of more cancer cells.
