Anusol Plus Side Effects:

While this medication, like every other medication, can cause side effects, it rarely causes uncomfortable side effects when used as prescribed. To apply the Anusol Plus ointment, clean the area with warm water and cotton pads. Pat the area as soon as it dries up, and gently apply the ointment on the hemorrhoid if it is external. Fix the applicator to the tube, insert it into your rectum, and gently squeeze the tube to release the ointment. Apply the ointment every 4 hours and after every bowel movement or as directed by your doctor. Ensure you sterilize the applicator with soap and water after each use.
