Qnasl Side Effects:
Common side effects of Qnasl may include discomfort or irritation inside your nose, sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, nosebleed, fever, sore throat, headache, nausea, or unpleasant taste or smell.

Qnasl Directions:
Use Qnasl exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose is 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril once per day. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not use this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Qnasl Precautions:
You should not use Qnasl if you are allergic to beclomethasone. To make sure Qnasl is safe for you; tell your doctor if you have ever had asthma, glaucoma or cataracts, herpes simplex virus of your eyes, tuberculosis or any other infection or illness, sores or ulcers in your nose, or an injury or surgery affecting your nose. Before using Qnasl, tell your doctor if you have been sick or have had any infections. You may not be able to use the nasal spray until you are well. It is not known whether this medication will harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using this medication. It is not known whether this medication will pass into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding. Qnasl can lower the levels of blood cells that help your body fight infections. Avoid being near people who are sick or have infections. Call your doctor for preventive treatment if you are exposed to chicken pox or measles. These conditions can be serious or even fatal in people who are getting Qnasl. Avoid getting this medication in your eyes. If contact does occur, rinse with water and call your doctor. Steroid medications can affect growth in children. Talk with your doctor if you think your child is not growing at a normal rate while using Qnasl. Several medications may interact with Qnasl, especially Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) and esketamine. This is not a complete list of interactions, and others may occur. Tell your doctor about any medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements you are currently taking or have recently taken in order to reduce the risk of any possible interactions. This medication is not approved for use in children younger than 4 years old.
