FeraMAX Side Effects:

As with any drug, there may be side effects from taking Feramax. The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, pain in the upper abdomen, constipation, diarrhea, stomach cramps or upset stomach. Iron may also cause stools to turn black, which is not a harmful side effect. Rare serious allergic reaction with symptoms such as rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing can also occur. Feramax Directions

Feramax Precautions

Feramax should be used in pregnancy only when needed. Feramax may pass into breast milk and so consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
