It may take a while before Yentreve has the desired effect, so do not stop taking it if it does not seem to be working. Consult your doctor if the symptoms have not improved after two to four weeks. You should not suddenly stop taking this medicine, as this may cause withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, nausea and difficulty sleeping. These symptoms can be avoided by stopping the medicine gradually. If you miss a dose take it a soon as possible, unless it is time for your next dose, then skip the missed and take the next, always refrain from doubling the dosage. Yentreve Precautions:

Do not take Yentreve if you:
• Are allergic to duloxetine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine;
• Are taking or have taken within the last 14 days, another medicine known as a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI);
• Are taking fluvoxamine which is usually used to treat depression, ciprofloxacin or enoxacin which are used to treat some infections;
• Have liver disease or severe kidney disease

Talk to your doctor about your medical history especially if you have high blood pressure or heart disease. It is also important to inform your doctor if you:

• Are currently being treated with another medicine which may cause liver damage;
